Celebrations will be occurring all over Delaware County this weekend for the Fourth of July. Here’s a comprehensive guide to the festivities.

Aston Township: July 4 at dusk, Sun Valley High School

Clifton Heights: July 4 at 9:30 p.m., Clifton Field (spectators not allowed on field)

Ridley Park: July 5 at dusk, Ridley Park Lake

Upper Chichester: July 5, from 5 p.m. – dusk (food trucks & fireworks), Upper Chichester Municipal Complex


Parades & Celebrations

Aldan: July 4 at 11 a.m., parade starts at Providence Rd. & Woodlawn Ave. and ends at the James R. Hopely, Jr. Athletic Complex

Clifton Heights: July 4, flea market from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. at 201 Marple Ave., parade starts at 10 a.m.

Glenolden: July 4, park events from 10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m., parade starts at 10:30 a.m. at the Wells Fargo on MacDade

Lansdowne: July 4, parade starts at 9 a.m. on East Greenwood Ave., Fourth of July field day for children starts at 11 a.m.

Marple Township: July 4, parade starts at 10 a.m. at St. Alban’s Circle and ends at the Broomall Firehouse

Media Borough: July 4, celebration from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Barrall Field

Parkside Borough: July 4, parade & festivities run from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Prospect Park: July 4, parade starts down 2nd Ave. to Madison Ave. at 9 a.m.

Ridley Park: July 5, parade starts at ABC Field from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Rose Tree Park: July 4, Summer Festival runs from 7:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Rose Valley Borough: July 4, parade starts at the Moylan-Rose Valley Train Station at 2 p.m.

Springfield Township: July 4, parade starts at 9 a.m.

Swarthmore: July 4, celebrations from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 121 Park Ave.

Thornbury Township: July 4, parade starts at 10 a.m. at Nice Rd. & Blantyre Circle
