Honeygrow adds to the growing list of new business at the Promenade at Granite Run
Known for its freshly-made noodles, garlic butter chicken, red coconut curry, and even seasonal fruit honeybars, one Philadelphia-based, fast-casual chain is soon to make its way to the Promenade at Granite Run. Honeygrow has already started creating its space in Media.
Located in the space of the former Granite Run Mall, the Promenade is boasting a few new recent additions to its grounds. Anchored by TJ Maxx, Michaels, Boscov’s, Sears, Kohl’s, Edge Fitness, and Acme Supermarket, the growing commercial space is soon to have two luxury apartment complexes, according to its owner site, BET Investments. The Bruce E. Toll Community located within, “50 at Granite Run,” has pet-friendly apartments, a fitness center, BYOB lounge, a game room, and swimming pool, too.
Situated at the intersection of West Baltimore Pike (Route 1) and Middletown Road (Route 352) in Middletown Township, the space continues to add new names to its docket. With Sweathouz (wellness studio offering infrared saunas and cold-plunge contrast therapies), which opened in November 2025, being joined by Wonder (delivery, take-out, and dining from the area’s iconic restaurants), opened in December 2025, and HiLo House (a boutique fitness center known for high-intensity, low-impact workouts), which opened at the year’s end, the former mall site is growing rapidly with new businesses for the Greater Media area.
Honeygrow has spots already in the region, with Broomall, Wynnewood, and Radnor each having one of its own. Its made-to-order stir fry and salads have made hungry visitors happy since its start in 2012. No opening date has yet been announced for the new Granite Run location, but a “coming soon” banner has been placed in its window, and interior construction is now underway.
